OnPublicSafety.com is a Blog presented to you by TexCom.com.  For the past five years thousands of TexCom users have had the benefit of using our web-based communication and management system for their Fire Departments, Special Response Units, Associations, Police Departments, Ambulance Companies, and numerous other Emergency Response Organizations.  These organizations have realized that TexCom has added tremendous benefits for their operations.  We have found that people in the Public Safety field truly have a passion for providing their service to the community and they also have an innate desire to educate those within emergency services.  We are now providing a venue to facilitate the process.

We are thrilled to offer OnPublicSafety.com for the sharing of information and experience to further the knowledge of all Emergency First Responders and those in support functions.  Knowing that learning comes from a vast spectrum and amount of input, we will publish articles that may be technical, informative, riveting, comical, or simply thought provoking.

The article contributors will come from all aspects of emergency services and may represent a small volunteer group to an organization that may have thousands of personnel.  Know that there may be more similarities than differences when all is reduced to the foundational belief that we all do what we do, with the resources available, to provide the best service to the community.
